Negative Lifestyle Factors Case Study

Gemma Joules:

Gemma is a 25-year-old primary school teacher, she works from 7am-9pm and regularly feels overwhelmed by work. Once she finishes work, she has 2 cigarettes per day (on average) and then has a balanced meal. After dinner, she drinks 1-2 large (250ml) glasses of wine per night to help her relax and sleep. Once she’s finished, she falls asleep between 10pm-11pm and sleeps through the night until 6am the next morning. She does, however, have interrupted sleep throughout the night.

Gemma doesn’t feel much is wrong with her lifestyle, we need you to create a handout (poster/information sheet/leaflet) to help us re-educate Gemma on the negative factors that are impacting her life.
